Yes! Clients with weekly service receive a 20% discount, bi-weekly service receives 15% off, and monthly service receives 10% off our standard rates. These discounts are automatically applied to your recurring service.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Payment is processed after each cleaning unless other arrangements have been made. Commercial clients may be eligible for net-30 terms with approved credit.

Our cleaners complete a rigorous training program covering cleaning techniques, product usage, safety protocols, and customer service. They also receive ongoing training and must pass regular quality inspections to remain on our team.
Yes, all BearClean employees are covered by our comprehensive general liability insurance and bonded for your protection. We also carry workers' compensation insurance for our team members.
General Questions
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. For recurring services, we ask that you provide notice before your next scheduled cleaning. We understand emergencies happen and will waive the fee for genuine emergencies.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with any cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.
Not at all! Many clients provide us with a key, code, or garage access so we can clean while they're away. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and our company is fully insured for your peace of mind.
